Darlings always takes good care of my vehicles

I had a tuff situation with my vehicle due to a previous accident. Darling’s was able to come up with a creative solution and did a great job with the repair.

It was actually awesome for the most part. I gave 4 out of 5 stars simply because, in the past, I always got my car washed after the oil change and tire rotation. I wondered if this was an oversight or a new policy. (?)

Your staff always makes us feel so welcome and very comfortable. They all go above and beyond may they never change I can’t think of one negative thing to say about them.

Basic oil change & tire rotation visit, but was there for 2.5 hours. Mechanic apparently broke a tire stud and had to replace it on the hub. Though time there was frustrating, I do appreciate that they didn't hide it, brought it to my attention, and fixed it. So I can say that safety is important to them.

Had routine maintenance done on April 26 was early left car and came back an hour later to pick it up. John was pleasant but brought car back to have resets done as oil and tires didn't show work was done it was
